Terms of Use

1. What Nonnela is

Nonnela is an information platform that helps families find senior care and helps communities present what they offer. The platform is operated by Osmo Group s. r. o.. For families it is completely free.

2. What Nonnela is not

We are not a care provider, a healthcare provider, or a licensed placement or referral agency, and we are not a party to any agreement between you and a community. Everything on the platform — including prices, capacity and availability — is for information only; check it directly with the community before you decide anything. Nothing here is medical, financial or legal advice.

3. Where the data comes from

Information about communities comes from public registers — in the United States, CMS Care Compare and state licensing registers — from other publicly available sources, and from the operators themselves once they have claimed a listing. Claimed listings and operator-updated fields are labeled as such. We work at accuracy, but we do not guarantee that every field is complete or current.

Preview photographs are displayed by linking to where they already sit on the community’s own public website; we do not copy them. If you represent a community and want a photograph replaced or removed, write to info@nonnela.sk and we will deal with it promptly. Operators can upload their own photographs at any time once they have claimed the listing.

4. Using our data

We welcome citation — in the press, in research, and in the answers AI assistants give. When you cite us, name the source (“register data processed by Nonnela”) and the date.

Public register data is public and you can get it from its custodians directly. Our processed database — the cleaning, the linking of sources, the daily refresh — is Nonnela’s work. Systematically copying or republishing a substantial part of it without our written permission is not permitted.

5. Enquiries and reviews

By sending an enquiry you agree that we pass your details to the community you selected — the Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is passed and to whom. Reviews must come from genuine experience. We do not publish reviews that are abusive, untrue or written on behalf of a competitor, and we may remove a review after looking into it.

6. For community operators

By claiming a listing you confirm you are authorized to represent that community. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you put in the listing — including prices, availability, and photographs you hold the rights to. False information or misuse of an account can lead to the account being closed. Communities you add are published after review.

7. Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions you make on the strength of information on the platform, or for the acts or omissions of any community. Nothing here limits any right you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by agreement under the law of the state you live in.

9. General

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic, where the operator is established. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of the state where you live.
